STRAWBERRY WHITE CHOCOLATE CHIP
These are soft, chewy cookies with a light strawberry flavor and pockets of melty white chocolate. They come together really quickly and have that perfect soft center every time.
Ingredients (makes about 12 cookies)
1 box strawberry cake mix
2 large eggs
⅓ cup neutral oil (vegetable or avocado oil)
1 cup white chocolate chips
Sprinkles, optional
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix together the cake mix, eggs, and oil until a thick dough forms.
Fold in the white chocolate chips.
Scoop about 2 tablespoons of dough and place onto the baking sheet.
Gently press a few extra white chocolate chips and sprinkles on top if you want that bakery-style look.
Bake for 9 to 11 minutes, until the edges are set and the centers still look slightly soft.
Let the cookies cool on the pan for about 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
TIPS
Don’t overbake these. They’ll continue to set as they cool and stay soft in the center.
Sprinkles are optional, but they add a nice little texture and make them look extra pretty.
