Red Velvet Oreo COOKIES
These are soft, cake mix cookies loaded with white chocolate and chunks of Oreos in every bite. They come out thick, chewy, and super easy to make.
Ingredients (makes about 12 cookies)
1 box red velvet cake mix
½ cup vegetable oil
2 large eggs
¾ cup white chocolate chips
12 Oreos, roughly chopped
¼ cup sprinkles
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix together the cake mix, oil, and eggs until a thick dough forms.
Gently fold in the white chocolate chips, chopped Oreos, and sprinkles.
Scoop about 1½ to 2 tablespoons of dough and roll into balls. If you want that bakery look, press a few extra Oreo pieces or sprinkles on top.
Place the cookies about 2 inches apart on the baking sheet.
Bake for 9 to 11 minutes, until the edges are set and the centers still look slightly soft.
Let them cool on the pan for about 5 minutes before transferring.
TIPS
Don’t overmix once you add the Oreos so they don’t bleed into the dough too much.
Keep the Oreo pieces chunky so you still get soft, creamy bites inside.
If the dough feels sticky, chill it for 15 to 20 minutes before baking.
